Painel Brasil
Pintura de fundo a óleo em base de platex. Na construção deste painel foram utilizadas 17.630 moedas de Portugal e do BRASIL. As cores de fundo são as cores das bandeiras de Portugal e do Brasil. Neste painel pode ver-se o mapa de portugal, bem como o do Brasil. O padrão monumento em pedra, símbolo de Portugal ao mundo no seu navegar. Duas caravelas com a cruz de Cristo nas suas velas brancas. O levar da igreja de Deus ao então mundo desconhecido.
A começar na parte superior lado esquerdo do painel, pode ler-se “ PORTUGAL AO MAR FAZ A CARAVELA E O MUNDO AO MUNDO É DESCOBERTO”
A começar na parte superior esquerda do painel, letra (P) de Portugal pode ler-se: “PÁTRIO CHÃO É SAGRADO DEVER HONRAR DEFENDER E CANTAR”
A Oeste e Sul de Portugal, na vertical a palavra “ PORTUGAL “, na horizontal a começar pela letra (L) de Portugal, a palavra “ LUSÍADA”.
A Oeste do mapa do Brasil está escrita com moedas a palavra “ BRASIL”
Ao meio do painel, na parte superior, está representada uma Cruz latina, no topo da mesma a palavra “CÉU”. No lado superior esquerdo, mais uma Cruz latina, por cima a palavra “FÉ”, por baixo a palavra “LUZ”. Ao centro do painel outra Cruz latina com a palavra “DEUS”. Na parte inferior do painel uma nova Cruz Latina, e por cima da mesma a palavra “PAZ”, ao lado direito a palavra “AMOR” ( A letra ( Z ) da palavra “PAZ” , está escrita às avessas, como infaustas e reversas têm sido à humanidade uma grande percentagem das administrações mundiais dos últimos anos) Medidas: 2.75X1.83 metros
With a background oip painting over platex, where were used the colours of the Portuguese and Brazilian flags. In the structure of this mural were used 17.630 coins with different values, colours and metals, coins from portugal and Brazil.
In this mural it is possible to view the Portuguese map, as well as the Brazilian map; the Portuguese stone monument, symbol and distinctive mark of portugal in its travels by the seas, in the gathering of the whole world; two caravels with Christ cross in their sails.
Beginning in the top left side of the mural, it is easily read the sentence: “ PORTUGAL BEAR OFF THE CARAVEL TO THE SEA AND THE WORLD IS OPENED TO THE WORLD”. Again in the topleft side of the mural, and making use of the letter (P) from the word Portugal, it is the sentence: “NATIONAL GROUND IS SACRED THE DEBT OF HONOUR, TO DEFEND AND SING.”
In the West and South quadrant, the Portuguese map over the Atlantic. In a vertical one can read the word PORTUGAL, one can recognise the word LUSÍTANA ( Lusitanian). On the West side of the Brazilian map the word BRAZIL.
In the top middle it is represented a Latin Cross and above it the word CÉU (Sky). On the top right side of the mural a new cross and above it the word FÉ (Faith), under this same Cross the word LUZ (Light). On the right side of the mural, near the centre, another Latin Cross, above it is easily read the woprd PAZ (Peace) and on its right side the word AMOR (Love).
( The letter Z used in the word (PAZ) is written the wrong way round, with the aim of representing the great majority of worldly administrations have unfortunately treated humankind in the wrong way)
In the middle of the mural there is a Christ cross, symbol with which portugal pursued in the discovery of the world.
